2015 came to a close with yet another successful appeal decision involving a significant extension to a Victorian dwelling lying within the Bollin Hill Conservation Area in Wilmslow, Cheshire.
September 2015 was another successful month with me securing advertisement consent on appeal for a LED display on a site on Shoreditch High Street, London ( PINS Ref: APP/U5360/Z/15/3053046).
March 2015 proved another successful month with me securing advertisement consent for the replacement of a Mega 6 portrait hoarding with a LED display for City Outdoor Media Ltd on an important thoroughfare in Sheffield opposite the site which has been earmarked for a new IKEA store.
The decision on an important enforcement appeal I have been involved in was issued in March 2015. The appeal was successful and the enforcement notice was quashed.
