IIn December 2016 I secured planning consent for a large single storey dwelling in the Green Belt working alongside Fasciato Architects. The site had a large domestic curtilage and a complicated planning history. Those factors together with outstanding permitted development rights were all important considerations when CWAC came to determine the application.
The present dwelling on the site is unattractive and comprises a series of extensions which have taken place over the years.
What is now proposed I believe will be stunning and will visually upgrade the site and surrounding area significantly. This was another great achievement without having to go to appeal with the matter being turned around positively within a short period of time.
